The Emory Student Center offers multiple student employee positions throughout the semester. 

Building Manager in Training Program:

  • Assist in setting up and managing daily events in the Alumni Memorial University Center (AMUC), Campus Life Pavilion, Cox Hall, and Emory Student Center (ESC)
  • Assist with the setup of Audio-Visual Equipment
  • Evening & Weekend Management of the Emory Student Center, Cox Hall, and AMUC Operations
  • Minimum of 9-11 hours weekly
  • Starting wages of $9.50-$10

AV Assistant:

  • Ensure audio-visual technical support for “VIP” & “Large-Scale” events are operating in accordance with guidelines established by the AV ManagerAssist with setup of Audio-Visual Equipment
  • Assist as the on-site contact for clients before, during, and after events to ensure that the audio-visual needs for every client’s expectations are met
  • Assist Operations Coordinator and AV Manager with creating various videos pertaining to staff training, celebrations and more
