The Event Services team is available to assist with planning a meeting or activity for just a few people or for hundreds of guests. The Emory community offers a variety of space for all your needs. To best serve the Emory community, usage is prioritized for events sponsored by student organizations, academic departments, and administrative departments. Event Services reserves all Campus Life spaces (outside of Residence Life and Athletics) and all Campus Life and Emory College outdoor spaces.

The Event Services office is part of the Student Center administration team, and the office is typically open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. It is located in suite N304 in the Student Center.
