General Emory Student Center Questions

During the academic year, students have 24 hour card access to the Emory Student Center.

General building hours are 7am-12am Monday through Saturday and 10am-12am on Sundays. The welcome desk is open 8am-8pm.  The schedule for the building and desk can vary depending on event needs or holidays.

There is an Eagle Print station in the North Pavilion on the 2nd floor of the Student Center for non-colored printing needs.

Lockers are located on the third floor of the North Wing next to Collaboration Pods 340A and 340B.

You can also find lockers in Woodruff Residential Center, Smith Hall, and Student Academic and Activity Center (SAAC).

Emory Student Center is not responsible for any damaged or missing belongings.

Meeting rooms can be reserved by student groups through 25Live.

Individual and group study rooms can be reserved through the libraries.

Billiards, Foosball, and video game systems are located in the rec room on the 2nd floor of the Emory Student Center South Pavilion. Equipment can be rented at the RecRe box.

All of the ATMs are on the first floor of the Student Center, between the Dobbs Common Table (DCT) and the Multi-purpose room (MPR).

We no longer sell any tickets at the Welcome Desk. Many venues offer student discounts at their location or on their websites or with student ID present.
The Department of Recreation and Wellness has cornhole, jenga, ladderball, spikeball, pop-up soccer nets, and general sporting equipment available on a first come, first served bases. To request equipment, please email Juliana Frigerio (jfriger@emory.edu) with the date, times, and location of your event. Games will need to be collected from the WoodPEC Equipment Room or the SAAC front desk and returned during building operating hours.
Mail Services, which has moved to the first floor of Few Hall for Main Campus. If you live on the Clairmont Campus, Mail Services is located in the SAAC. Visit http://www.mailservices.emory.edu/ for more information.

We are no longer offering poster printing services at the Welcome Desk. We have an Eagle Print station in the North Pavilion on the 2nd floor of the Student Center for other printing needs. 

Lost and Found can be found at the Information Desk on Level 2 of the Emory Student Center.

Found items are held for 30 days maximum. After 30 days, if an item is not claimed, the item becomes the property of Emory University. Items may then be auctioned or sold with proceeds going to fund scholarships or various activities for the Emory community. Any remaining items are disposed of by donating to the charitable organizations.

Information staff will make every attempt to contact the owner if an email, a phone number or an address is located with the item.

There is a link on the Hub for donation requests. Log into the Hub, search ESC, and fill out the form for donation requests.

Staff members who have office spaces in the student centers (AMUC, Cox Hall, ESC) may request services the Student Center Operations and Events (SCOE) team offers, such as: facility requests related to new hire onboarding, office renovations, furniture, and more.

Currently, the Music Department allows for students who are either taking a music class/lessons or play in a Department ensemble to reserve music practice rooms.
