Reserving a Space For Your Event

We require the following to be included in your 25Live submission:

  • Event Type – Select “MS Special Event” if you are able. You may not see this option; we can assign it on our end if that is the case
  • Expected Head count – Include the expected attendance
  • Event Date and Time – Include start/ending times (no setup time needed)
  • Custom Attribute – Add your speedtype number, if you are able. You may not see Custom Attribute, in which case please include speedtype in the Comment at end. Please note we do not charge student organizations or Emory departments for space use but ask for speedtype for all reservations
  • Event Comments – Include any other notes known, such as desired room set-up, if food or alcohol will be provided, and if AV or stage is needed
  • Requestor – Ensure main contact for event is listed; we will be reaching out to this person for all questions

After submission, you will receive an automated email that the request has been received in Draft status. We will contact you if we have any questions and to work through further logistics and details.

Please note that Cox Hall will be closing in April 2022.
