Emory Student Center Meeting Rooms


All Emory Student Center meeting rooms are in a fixed configuration, meaning the tables and chairs must remain in the room layout, and no additional furniture may be added to the space.

Each ESC meeting room is equipped with audio-visual equipment. These reservable spaces allow three separate options allowing ease of use for clients. Audio-visual options include: a HDMI connection for your laptop; a Dell computer for Zoom or Teams meetings; and a Mersive Solstice Pod, which allows you to cast your presentation wirelessly to the room display.

If you need AV, this must be included in the event reservation request; during the event reservation process, coordinators can help provide you with the best options for your meeting or event.

Meeting Room AV Options:

Mersive Solstice Pod – Wireless casting. Best for presentations without video. It is important to note that the guest must be able to connect to Emory Unplugged.

Dell PC – This device is our option to provide camera and microphone support for Zoom or Teams meetings. Please note that a guest must have Emory credentials to login to our Dell PCs.

HDMI – Each room is equipped with two connection points for a laptop. One is located at the credenza and one near the table. HDMI is best for presentations.

All requests to use an event space begin with a reservation request using 25Live. Conference rooms N211 and N212 are available to for 25Live Instant Booking. Visit the Welcome Desk on the second floor North of the ESC for the link.
