Reserve Spaces


The Student Center team manages a range of indoor and outdoor spaces that include fixed-configuration meeting rooms, multi-purpose spaces for medium to large-scale programs, and outdoor spaces used for a range of events.

All requests to use an event space begin with a reservation request using 25Live.

Indoor Spaces

Emory Student Center Meeting Rooms

All Emory Student Center meeting rooms are set up in a fixed-configuration and are equipped with audiovisual equipment.

Emory Student Center Multi-Purpose Rooms

Emory Student Center multi-purpose rooms are set up in a range of room and furniture configurations to support various types of events. The rooms are equipped with audiovisual systems. Event requests must be submitted in advance to coordinate the appropriate set-up for each event.

Alumni Memorial University Center Meeting Rooms

All Alumni University Center meeting rooms are set up in a fixed-configuration and are equipped with audiovisual systems.

Alumni Memorial University Center Harland Cinema

Harland Cinema is a fixed seating theater with capacity for 190 people and a lectern on the built-in stage. The space is equipped with an audiovisual system.

Outdoor Spaces:

Campus Life Pavillion

The Campus Life Pavilion provides a multi-purpose space for programs. Although outdoors, the pavilion provides coverage from rain and has large ceiling fans installed for comfortable airflow. The Student Center team sets up the furniture in the space for each event and coordinates unlocking the all-gender restrooms available on-site. The space is not configured with an audio-visual system. Event requests must be submitted in advance to coordinate the appropriate set-up and event support.

Emory Student Center Plaza

The ESC Plaza is an outdoor location between the ESC and AMUC using existing tables, chairs, and umbrellas set-up year-round. Student Center does not provide audio-visual support for the space.

McDonough Field

McDonough Field is a grassy field space used for events ranging from athletics practices to large-scale concerts and everything in between. The Student Center does not provide furniture or audio-visual support for the space.

McDonough Plaza

McDonough Plaza is next to McDonough Field and features a grassy area with a limited number of outlets. The Student Center does not provide furniture or audio-visual support for the space.

Asbury Circle

During the 2024-25 academic year, Asbury Circle is primarily used for food trucks and Swoop Eats carts.

During the 2024-25 academic year, Cox Bridge is unavailable for reservations due to the Cox Hall Food Court project.

How to Begin a Reservation

How to reserve space

Start by submitting an event request on 25Live. To instantly book same-day reservations, use N211 and N212 (capacities 5 and 6) in the ESC.

Pricing & Fees

In general, recognized student organizations do not pay for space usage or basic amenities.*

Starting September 1, 2024, Emory campus partners and external groups will be subject to facility rental rates. For more information, please review our rental rates or contact esc@emory.edu.
