Rental Rates
Emory Student Center Operations and Events (SCOE) is committed to enhancing our processes and providing excellence in the experience and quality in our student-focused facilities.
Emory Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs) and departments are not charged a facility rental fee. External clients will be charged based on the table below.
Rates pertain to all reservable spaces in the Student Centers (the Emory Student Center (ESC), the Alumni Memorial University Center (AMUC), and select outdoor spaces).
For any group, including RSOs, additional charges may apply for services beyond basic amenities (e.g. supplemental A/V, non-regular building hours) and/or if the reserved space is not returned in the original condition. Any items needed outside of the basic room amenities shall be charged directly to the group reserving the space.
