Rental Rates
Emory Student Center Operations and Events (SCOE) is committed to enhancing our processes and providing excellence in the experience and quality in our student-focused facilities.
New facility rental rates are effective as of September 1, 2024.
These rates apply to all Emory campus partners (“internal groups”) and external clients. Rates pertain to all reservable spaces in the Student Centers (the Emory Student Center (ESC), the Alumni Memorial University Center (AMUC), and select outdoor spaces).
For Emory’s Recognized Student Organizations, there will be no facility rental fees.
For any group, including student organizations, additional charges may apply for services beyond basic amenities and/or if the reserved space is not returned in the original condition. Any items needed outside of the basic room amenities shall be charged directly to the group reserving the space.
