Emory Student Center Multi-Purpose Rooms

The ESC offers six configurable multipurpose rooms that encompass a range of set-ups and audiovisual options for meetings and events. Through the event reservation process, coordinators will create a layout diagram and provide guidance in choosing the best audiovisual options for your event. Event requests must be submitted in advance to coordinate the appropriate set-up for each event.

Each room provides connection points for laptops and a wireless Solstice option. Those connection points are visible either on projector screens or a TV cart (Room 5). Wireless microphones are available for each room configuration. The Student Center team will set up AV before your event starts and help you connect your device to the system upon arrival.
